About Techno Resources Inc.
Our History
Techno Resources Inc. was founded in 1996 by Claire Rasmussen and Mark Maurits, two friends with a passion for advancing the manufacturing industry through technological achievements.
What started off as two friends focusing on training and technical support, soon became a company that included value-added reselling to their list of products.
As the company found success, they developed and launched an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, and in 2001 the ERP platform became a reality.
Our Team
In 2002, Mark sold his stake to Claire, who owned the company until 2023, when he sold the company to Larry Barch. Claire continues to be an integral part of the Techno Team today, as the Director of Technology.
Daniel Clark, our Technical Support Manager, has been working with Techno since 2014 and continues to head up projects and lead our support agents, who are dedicated to excellent customer service and growing alongside our clients.
The Techno Support Team is skilled in listening, finding the pain points, and working the problem. Plus, with the ability to program in numerous languages, we are ready to help with custom solutions.

We have evolved from users to technical support providers to a value-added reseller and finally to developers of solutions for small manufacturers. Our understanding of you and your operations is the basis to help you improve your system and processes. We are narrowly focused on small businesses that build products, but we offer a wide array of consulting, database, and information system solutions and services.
Bringing Big Technological Solutions to Small Businesses
Our ERP solution is used in job shops, medical devices, aerospace sub-contractors, machine shops, sheet metal, ink producers, oilfield manufacturers, assembly houses, and much more. These businesses are usually under 10 million in revenue and less than 100 employees. We work with small business owners and managers to design software solutions to their issues.
Techno Resources Inc. strives to integrate as much of your software demands into one database, as possible. With this goal, we utilize a semi-custom approach that gives you a complete solution, yet the ability to change reports, screens, and request program changes.
